I have this almost brand new note 5 and it keeps freezing up a few seconds after loading into the OS. I've tried already a few things like:
- wipe partition cache
- load into safe mode(also freezes up)
I just need the photos as I'm exchanging it under warranty but there is no way for me to access the data. I went to best buy and they said they could retrieve it but most likely the phone would have to broke and it would cost me almost as much as the phone itself.
I feel helpless here. Is there any way I can get the data without loading into the OS?
