No service cant call or sms, after firmware install

After when I installed firmware from 4.1 if I'm right to 4.3 on S3 because of viruses, there is no service I cant call or sms....
I downloaded the firmware from sammobile by my region if I picked the right one.. Please help me.. :(:(:(
