been becoming a big fan of this site recently, TONS of useful info and links here, so thank!! I recently tried upgrading my Galaxy T599N and I'm a weirdo I guess, because I like *small* LCD screens on my phone. This is one of the smallest there is with CDMA so I'm gonna keep it for a long time...
What I'm looking for is a couple ways to improve it. I can't put Cynogenmod on it because I *definitely* need wi-fi calling (crap signal at home). I also would LOVE to have a notification LED of any sort, and Backlightnotification app (BLN) seems to be the best. So my Qs are:
1) how can I get BLN on my phone safely? (which kernel should I flash?) I have CWM installed already and a rooted phone
2) What is the best custom ROM that supports wi-fi calling?
3) How can I upgrade Android to 4.4 or 5.1? Is it worth it? Would it make the phone run faster?'
