Need help with saving HTC One X evita

Ok so I had been going at this for quite some time.. kept running into issues all along the way... had to work thru numerous different issues. I apparently missed something some where and found myself trying to go back thru some of the previous steps to try and fix whats been done.. eventually it got out of hand... Sooo... here we go.

HTC One X from AT&T
Android 4.1 firmware 3.18
Started going thru the steps to get my phone bootloader unlocked, rooted, s-off and get an android 4.4 rom installed. Had issues the entire way like I said before, current state is that it has twrp 2.5.0.0 recovery installed, an unlocked bootloader, S-ON. stuck in a boot loop HTC screen 'this is for developement etc blah blah blah It failed to restore the backup i made directly after getting twrp recovery flashed to it. sd card got wiped etc. I can still get into fastboot and twrp and transfer files to it either way. i tried to use twrp to install the cm-12.1-20160710-NIGHTLY-evita.zip and then rebooted to bootloader to fastboot the boot.img on it. but it tries to boot then back to recovery. I was reading about a stock ruu but looked like s-off needs to be done to prevent bricking and i havent found anyway to do that from bootloader or recovery only. not sure where to go from here...


TWRP told me cm12 installed successful but recovery log and lack of working phone say otherwise... here the log from trying to install cm12 from twrp
