Hello, I need some help, my Huawei Mate S CRR-UL00 is stuck on Emui 3.1, android 5.1.1 and doesn't get software updates, I tried updating with the file on this page (http://consumer.huawei.com/pk/suppor...k.htm?id=84323) but it doesn't work, from what I'understood I must do some updates to the device before being able to do this one, can someone guide me please?
