My phone boot logo is blurry on start and some other things allview p5 quad?

When I start the my phone it shows a white screen and then this image " imgur.com/a/DNKd3 "[not enough posts to insert a link sorry](this is not a picture made with an other phone ,I made it to be exactly like what happents ) ,and even when i charging it the battery is not in center is on top of the screen and on bottom but not only half of battery and its like the image from above.

How can I fix this? Please help.
