my kyocera xtrm are hard brick

hellos guys i am from venezuela, excuse me for my bad english.

i have one phone kyocera Xtrm but are in hard brick. only show the kyocera screen and restart again.
the big problem is i cant enter in recovery mode.
so the question is: how i can installa Operative system and get back my phone i live in venezuela is a hard economy situation.
