I'm really just posting so I can reply to MrObvious directly on the CyanogenMOD thread for MS631/H631.
The LG Leon has the same Chipset as our MS631/H631. Coincidentally (I think not! lol), the CyanogenMOD builds for the Leon suffer from the same GPS related crashing on boot and random reboots thereafter. I'm sure the root of the GPS issue is the same for both devices. MrObvious has mentioned what the most likely cause of the problem is and working with the devs for the Leon may prove fruitful. This phone is too good not to have a fully stable CM13 and hopefully other AOSP based ROMS. Thanks everyone for your hard work!
