Moto x play cynogen Flashed how do i turn on "allow mock location "

Hey guys im new to modding I just flashed my moto x play to CM 13 and also flashed SU 2.74

1. Im not able to find allow spoof location , also when i select location spoof app i get the same error when i try to spoof my location please select allow spoof location
2 Also im not able to hide my su binaries using hide my root
