Moto G (2014) - webkit(?) widget rendering issue

Hello xda community,

I flashed and used CyanogenMod on many different devices for years, but on Moto G (2014, dual SIM) I have a strange issue with rendering. Both, in the default browser (Chrome too) and e-mail clients (default one, K9-mail, GMail), the HTML view/widget which displays a web page or a mail body has a rendering issue. Split by many triangles or stripes, some of them display the content while the others are just black (see the screenshot bellow). The rearrangement of artefacts constantly changes if one scrolls or does any other actions which is also accompanied by screen flickering of that part.

Although I know very little about Android and involved technologies, I suspect that the issue is connected with the accelerated (OpenGL) rendering (triangles, flickering) of a specific component (probably Webkit widget?) used by default apps and some other 3rd party apps. I tried to turn off and on different rendering options in the developers menu, but nothing has changed. In Firefox the issue is not present. Tried with the stock ROM and different versions of CM, both Lollipop(5) and Marshmallow(6). The issue is persistent in the newest CM-nightly also.

Do you have any suggestion what to do? Could it be a hardware error which cannot be repaired by software patch? I don't recall the existence of this issue in the original ROM, but I used that one only for a couple of minutes before I flashed it with a custom ROM.
