Modem S4 mini (CPB1)

Hi guys, i have the wifi problem with cm 13.0, in my room it is disconnected often and when i go in wifi setting to connect my decive and it request password and for 30 minutes it doesn' t connect.

So can you give me link to the latest modem file for my S4 mini I9195 ?

If anyone know how to fix please tell me in comments.
