LG L5 Camcorder freezes In CM 10.1

Hi all, as the title says when i use camcorder the screen freezes and i need to reboot the phone, is embarassing because when i need to record for a birthday,event, and this happens is very terrible

The rom is: CyanogenMod 10.1 Beta 7.1 (PecanCM)
Kernel: E612 Kernel for deep sleep

EDIT: do not tell me for install another camera app because It does not work
