LG K8 V, Needed Boot unlock, Oem unlock, Flashing, and Rooting possibilities.

I just bought this LG K8 V and would like to root it. However when searching for the device online, it is almost like the internet has never heard of such a device. If anyone can help, I'd be much obliged.
