Kenzo not charging, USB gets very hot.

When I plug in my RN3 Pro Prime I get no indication that it is charging and it gets very, very hot. It was charging okay a couple of minutes ago and now it isn't. When I plug it into my computer it gives me a USB device malfunctioned. Help?
