JoelDroid Lollipop Batch Deodexer V 2.5 failed to deodex GmsCore

I need help and seeking advice in trying to deodex my Note5 Lillipop 5.1.1
I use the below tool to deodex my files but found few folders which failed to deodex.

15-07-2016:12-30-19 => 2 of 2 - RNB => FAILED - Copy Error
15-07-2016:12-30-19 => Deodexing Completed

Above is the report of the 4 files failing to deodex. The rest of the files worked fine.
Should I just ignore them and copy and replacing all my files on the 3 folders? Will it cause me a bootloop?

The reason I deodex my files due to I was trying to install xposed framework.

Any help or advise would be much appreciated.
