Closest thing I've seen is an app called "root defense" in the playstore. The problem is that all other apps reset when then phone is reset to factory which generally only takrs minutes. I would rather not count on an app that could potentially have costs involved when you need it most and would like to find ways of surviving a factory reset to find a stolen phone. Anyone been able to accomplice such tasks? I've also contacted the dev for macro droid to see if he can do anything to allow the app to work from the system folder and store it's config and macros there.
