Yesterday I spent the day out and hung out with a lot of people playing Pokemon Go and I really wanted to play too. Unfortunately I have a Galaxy S3 Mini with Android Icecream and therefore do not meet the minimum software requirements, so, after some looking up if my phone actually supported the required OS version (KitKat) I decided that the next day I'd give a shot at rooting.
This is all just to say that I have 0 experience in tinkering with Android devices...
So basically I tried one of the "one click root" programs that was shown to me on this video named "One Click Root in 2016" by this site's youtube and ended up having the whole process halted at 99% (Installing Recovery), sending my phone into an endless boot loop, even after removing the battery for 25min and trying again and resetting.
I can't get into recovery mode but i've managed to stop the phone at download mode so at least it has a stable connection to the computer, what can I do to get the phone working again? Files in the phone are non important, I just have some photos and apps that I can reinstall later.
Thanks in advance!
