So this is the issue I'm having

I am trying to revert back from cyanogen to Touchwiz so I can activate my phone again with Sprint, however no matter what I do and how many forum posts I've been checking out for the last few months I can't for the life of me figure out whats wrong with my phone. I've followed multiple youtube videos and nothing works so far.
