Huawei Honor 4a (3G and Gapps xxxxx)

hello guys,
please i got this phone (Huawei honor 4a from china, i travelled back to my country and the phone doesnt seem to support gapps. Also, the network is always on E and i cant even get 3G on this phone eventhogh its a 4G phone.

Is there any work around this as i want to install gapps.
