I've recently upgraded from a HTC One M8 to my new One Plus 3 and my parents have given me their old Nexus 7 in exchange for my old phone. My friend rooted my HTC when I first got it with like a custom rom and stuff and now I want to give it to my Mum I decided I would unroot it so she can use Android Pay and stuff. I myself don't really know much about the whole rooting process (like I said my friend did it all for me) so I thought I would let him unroot it and then I would factory reset it and give it to my Mum later on. However I thought I may as well uninstall the xposed framework to save him doing it later.
So I downloaded the "xposed-uninstaller-20150831-arm.zip" which I believe is the correct uninstaller for my device and flashed it through TMRP. However after the bootup logo popped up the screen just went black..... Now every time I press the power button nothing happens, if I try to boot it into recovery (power button & volume down key) nothing happens however if I press the power key and the volume up button the bootup logo appears again only to do the same thing with the black screen as before. When I plug it into my pc it doesn't come up under This PC however I can see it in Device Manager and under Portable Devices HTC One M8 it says "This device cannot start. (Code 10) The process hosting the driver for this device has terminated." I have absolutely no idea what to do and my friend says he doesn't really know what to do either unless he was there in person. I would REALLY appreciate any help because I have already started using the Nexus 7 my parents gave me for a few weeks assuming I could just give them my HTC today so I need to fix it otherwise I'm screwed. I believe this video shows someone with the same problem as me and sort of shows what is happening to my phone - h t t p s : / / w w w . y o u t u b e . c o m / w a t c h ? v = C P C V e c K S P A A & a b _ c h a n n e l = M i k e (xda wont let me post this is I put a link in it >< so I have separated it all)
fyi: Sorry if this post was a bit long, any help will be GREATLY appreciated!!
