how to make ARM chrooted .img from kali_armhf.img



hii,
Guys..
i m new on XDA. and i want a help on building chrooted ARM .img linux image for android from armhf.img downloaded from the official website.
i m working on Kali_Linux_armhf.img which i have donwnloaded from their official website...now will anyone tell me how to chroot this RAW image to work on android..

i have done some steps:-
i have build an ext2 image on kali in virtual machine and then copy "cp -rvf" kali_armhf.img to kali_ext2.img then..
copied it to my sdcard on my Samsung Galaxy J7 and yess it is a loop device..
and i have mannually mounted it in loop127 "losetup /dev/block/loop127" and mounted it in /data/local/kali ..
after mounting Proc,Devpts and sys when i write chroot step it shows:- chroot:cant execute /bin/bash: file or directory not found.....

can any1 please help me on this...please thanks in advance..
