How to do a Clean Wiped and install a fresh STOCK ROM on Samsung galaxy s5

Please i will like to know how i can do a Clean Wiped and install a fresh STOCK ROM on my Samsung galaxy s5, should i make use of the Nand Erase All option in Odin or not, thanks.
