Hey I need help with replacing z5 premium dual's headphone jack

Hey, I bought a z5 premium 7 month ago and it's headphone jack has stopped working so I want to replace it. Is there any tutorial to replace it? And also for reinstalling the waterproofing after the replacement with the adhesive?
