Help with salt water damage!!

I'm on a cruise right now, my phone just fell into the pool and it stop working, then I realized the pool is fill with salt water. Now the phone is not working. I try to blowdry it and put it in a bag of rice. Is been 10 hours the phone is only flashing red led and is not starting up at all. This phone have no warranty because I import it from Europe as I don't think Sony USA will fix it.

Please help! What can I do right now? I'm still on the cruise right now and 2 more days till I get home
