Have any team mod rom miui have "hack theme"? Like miui.pro rom?

I am using Miuipro rom, it have hack theme funtion which i can download any theme on xiaomi store (include paid theme). But it seem they drop redmi note 2, since 6.4.28, it is no more rom released. Can someone let me know any team can make rom like this? Thank you very much. :o:o
