[h850+unlocked] I can't change my firmware

Hi i try to change my firmware, the result is positive, but when i reboot the mobile, nothing is changed!
i try too with twrp... result OK but nothing.
i have a LG H850 boot unlock but firmware from spain, orange.. when i reboot the mobile appared "benvenido" and nothing is changed....

Anybody can help me?
