Gionee elif e7 fastboot "freeze"

HI ... i have a problem with my gionee elife e7

fastboot mode its freeze, i hold power + vol up and my phone freeze after to enter bootmenu .... but if restart my phone start android normally, but not fastboot mode ....anyone can help me? i need restore default rom ... thanks
