Over a year ago I had a camera on my phone that had a front facing flash on it. I can't remember if it was built into a rom or of it was a camera app someone on here made. But it used the border of the camera as the "flash" by making the entire border bright white. Worked great but for some reason the feature didn't stock around for very long. Poked around in the app store and didn't really see anything that works as well as it did. It was a modified Google or passivity LG camera app.
