Flashing OH4 Stock Rom passing in odin but fails to boot

I have a T889 Note 2, recently out of no where for the second time stated it lost unlocked status so I am trying to reinstall the OH4 stock rom via odin. I have done this about a hundred times in the past 3 days and every time with the same result, Odin gives me the green pass and phone restarts and reboots directly into stock recovery mode with unable to mount invalid argument for system, data, cache. Doing factory reset and cache reset with reboot just gets me to the same result. I then have to flash TWRP, and then go through and do a reformate of system, data and cache since they all show 0 bytes at which point if I attempt to reboot it says no os installed. I am at a complete loss since I have done this exact procedure a million times. Below is a list of what I am using and what I have tried so far:

1. Odin 3.12.3
2. T889UVUCOH4_T889TMBCOH4_HOME.tar.md5
3. twrp-3.0.2-0-t0ltetmo
4. Bootloader and baseband are both OH4
5. Current ROM is CM13 6.0.1 for t0ltetmo
6. Buildprop is for SGH-T889

What I have tried so far:

1. Factory reset through twrp followed by odin flash
2. 3x full format with twrp followed by odin flash
3. 3x full format with twrp followed by install of DN4 2.2 (which I have used in the past) which sits at boot forever
4. Flashable OH4 without the boot image after 3x full format

I have tried flashing a dozen roms with no success and am completely stumped
The only thing I can do that does work is restore my full backup from TWRP

Any help or advice would be great, thank you in advance
