Flashing MIUI 8 Beta on CM snapshot-TWRP



I am using the latest snapshot rom from CM on my MI3W phone. My recovery is TWRP. I have repartitioned my system following the below link

I would like to know how i can flash the latest MIUI 8 ROM -http://bigota.d.miui.com/6.7.5/miui_MI3WMI4WGlobal_6.7.5_29d9c31a1e_6.0.zip

Will i have to flash gapps separately?
