So I've had this issue on two different Galaxy devices: a Note 5 and S7. Both these devices were bought new, both had excellent battery life when new, and both began to see reductions to battery life 4 months in. I'm now seeing 3.5h SOT avg on the S7 compared to 4.75 when new, but the crazy thing is that a factory reset doesnt bring it back to new levels. I realize the battery does age, but that shouldnt happen this badly this quickly, also not while my mom's GS6 has somehow maintained a 4h SOT avg throughout the whole year it's been used. Do f. Resets just not make a diff anymore?
