External Keyboard Helper Pro

Hi,

I use the Nvidia Shield TV to watch Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. I use the Harmony + Hub to control my Shield. With the App External Keyboard Helper Pro I have created some shortcuts on my Remote. Red is Netflix, blue is TVHZ and yellow is this App (Amazon Video EU 3.11.44) . But if i push the yellow button this message pop out: com.amazon.aiv.eu is not installed ????

Every Shortcut works. Only the Shortcut for this App not.

Does somebody has any idea?
