EVA-DL00 to another ?

Hi everyone,

I recently bought a P9, however it's a chinese version ( DL00 )

My question here is : "Can I do something to make it in French"
The build number is EVA-DL00C17B176
Or, if we can just install another version to have a better translation, and a full translation ^^
Because I don't know how it works, I saw we can change the numbers after the " C ", it brings something important or not ?
I've read about debrand, ( is the debrand only remove the sim lock ? )
I know it's alot of questions
