Is it possible to enable Cortana and also disable all of the data capturing that goes along with it?
For instance, in order for Cortana to read your txts over Bluetooth (in Windows 10), Cortana *must* be enabled; in 8.1, Cortana read the txts without having to have the Cortana service enabled.
I don't currently use Cortana because I don't want Cortana to "get to know me" and store/submit voice/any other kind of data to Microsoft's servers, but it would be nice to re-enable that feature without all of the baggage that goes along with it.
