Not sure if this is the place, but I'm looking for a Custom ROM for my LG Power (L22C). It seems as though the wifi hotspot feature was disabled by the manufacturer. So I'm looking for a Custom ROM and a guide to installing it (I'm new to rooting in general) without risk and with minimal loss of what's already on my phone.
