completly dead moto g 4g 2nd gen, think i flashed something bad

I downloaded factory images and flashed the radio, modem, logo, everything. When i did fastboot reboot, the phone went black. Now it wont boot any mode and when connected to PC, Windows reports a malfunctioning USB device
