Can't go in Custom Recovery Mode

Hi, I'm sorry for the bad language because I'm not english and I'm sorry if I wrong section. I've tried to install a custom recovery on my Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo (GT-I9060). I've tried to install it by odin or by some apps, but I can't use the custom recovery mode! When I press the combination of Volum Up + Power + Home it goes in default recovery mode, so I can't install a file zip of a CyanogenMode. I've tried to go in custom recovery mode by some apps (ROM manager, TWRP manager..) but the app crashes. Any help, please? :(
