Can't Call after Installing CM 13 on Samsung Galaxy S3 SCH-i939

Hi,

I recently flashed CM 13 from 7-20-2016 onto a Samsung Galaxy S3 SCH-I939 and everything works great...except for calling. It shows "No SIM card" on the Settings. I tried several methods including:

1. Reinserting the SIM card


2. Cleaning the SIM card


3. Try the SIM card on another phone (without success)


4. Put a piece of paper on top of the SIM card to help connectivity


5. Use ADB to replace the nv_data.bin with nv_data.bak to (possibly) restore the old radio information

What can I do?
