Battery drain after screen replacement

My phone screen cracked after dropping my phone.I had to give it to a shop to repair both the digitizer and the screen.But after the repair i noticed Extreme battery drain.I get around 3h SOT if im lucky now.I used to get 5-6H SOT before the repairs.
I tried everything related to software but it seems the same.So what should I do now?
