Backglass cracked/shattered. Can i replace it easily?

SO I have been going without a case for months. Then one of my women is like your going to crack your screen not having a case :rolleyes:

Anyways 10 mins later I drop my phone on its back. The backglass is shattered.

Can i easily replace this myself or should I replace the whole phone. I do have insurance
