ask about upgrade kernel by patch from "kernel.org"?

my kernel version is 3.4.43 and i want to upgrade my kernel using patch from kernel.org upgrade to 3.4.112, my question is can i upgrade from 3.4.43 to 3.4.112 without patch from older version like 3.4.44??
