UI Tuner Enable enables the System UI Tuner on some 6.0 ROMs that disable it. It requires root (but not s-off) and does not modify any system frameworks. It's ony been tested on the HTC One A9.
The System UI Tuner on the A9 is buggy (maybe that's why HTC didn't include it): it crashes if you try to add a new tile. To work around this, the UI Tuner Enable includes a functioning add tile function.
