I am confused about settings for the App power saving and Optimize battery usage on S7 edge for the apps that run in the background like :

What settings should I choose for them? Should I left them in automatic in App power saving mode and leave them as is it in Optimize battery usage? Since they are all background apps and doesn't need to open that often. Any suggestion will highly appreciated.
