any way to control a single app from windows/linux that is running on background?

Hi, i need to use an app normaly on my phone, and other app (in the same device) in other screen, do you know if this is possible?
Maybe using win/linux as secondary monitor for my Android or (if is possible) run the app in win/linux importing x display.
