? About what i should do is it against the rules

So i got a lg k7 metro pcs. I obtained a tot kdz restore and dll. From a third party website lgfirmwares.com i wont go to far into that one. is it ok to relink the tot files. As far as i knew tot kdzs were free and this website is charging for them

I juat want the people that have the k7 a legitimate way to restore there devices safely. I see a lota bad methods people are trying to restore these phones.
