Hi, I am trying to get past the loading screen after several attempts of a factory reset I cannot get past there. Does anyone know what files need to be downloaded to fix the issue or what MCU/firmware needs to be installed? The device is a an android based Car Double Din if that helps. Any help will be very much appreciated. Many thanks
