Looking for a Verizon phone to buy

I'm looking for a new phone for under 0. Refurbished. I was looking at Droid turbo, but I can't find one that hasn't already been updated and I want to unlock bootloader and root. Can anyone recommend a phone that I should look at that can be rooted?
